Sharing the same lobby as the Start Telegram Building, the Oil & Gas Building, was also part of the multi-family residential development. Long a symbol of prosperity in the energy industry, The Oil & Gas Building stands tall as a testament to Texas' economic prowess. It will now undergo renovation as part of the real estate conversion development.
The Windsor at 7750 LBJ Freeway is nestled along one of Dallas' bustling arteries that will also be renovated to become a sought-after multi-family development in the heart of the city.
