Real Estate Team Kudos

Fulton Jeang PLLC is proud to be the new home of the real estate team led by David Wang. The team’s recent projects include representing affiliates of Wolfe Investments (wolfe-investments.com) in the acquisition of three landmark buildings in the Dallas Fort Worth area: the Star Telegram Building and the Oil & Gas Building in Fort Worth, and Windsor at 7750 LJB Freeway in Dallas. These iconic buildings will now be converted to multi-family residential developments that feature high-end amenities and ground-floor retail and commercial offerings.

The 19-story Star Telegram Building in Fort Worth is a historic gem that exudes timeless charm. This building has been a vital part of Fort Worth's skyline since 1929. Now, under new ownership, it is set to be transformed into a vibrant and luxurious multi-family development, enriching the city's urban living experience. Sharing the same lobby as the Start Telegram Building, the Oil & Gas Building, was also part of the multi-family residential development. Long a symbol of prosperity in the energy industry, The Oil & Gas Building stands tall as a testament to Texas' economic prowess. It will now undergo renovation as part of the real estate conversion development.

The Windsor at 7750 LBJ Freeway is nestled along one of Dallas' bustling arteries that will also be renovated to become a sought-after multi-family development in the heart of the city.

The real estate team led by David includes Shannon Chapman, Collin Hayes, Joe Garza, Scott Carlson, and Wei Wu. With their combined decades of experience in real estate transactions, the team at Fulton Jeang PLLC is poised to provide legal guidance and counsel for real estate transactions of all sizes and complexities.
