Suzy is committed to the lawyers of the firm and dedicated to making Fulton Jeang PLLC a place where happy lawyers feel fully supported in their legal practice.
Formerly a co-founder of Grable Martin Fulton PLLC from 2013 to 2023 and the General Counsel for several technology companies, Suzy now concentrates her practice on technology transactions, such as Software-as-a Service (SaaS) or cloud agreements, software licensing, data privacy, including advising on GDPR matters, cybersecurity, and serving as outsourced general counsel for her clients. She also advises clients on areas ranging from general corporate and business planning to protecting intellectual property assets (including trademark and copyright filings), managing issues related to employee benefits, executive compensation, commercial real estate transactions, and overseeing litigation as it arises.

Wei Wei spent the majority of her legal career at BigLaw but now enjoys the more fulfilling life of providing a supportive and empowering platform to the firm lawyers and practicing law as a virtual lawyer. Wei Wei feels honored to head up the firm with her BFF, Suzy, and to have everyone's faith and trust in co-managing the firm. Wei Wei is dedicated to making Fulton Jeang a law firm for happy lawyers who are in turn dedicated to making their clients happy.
Wei Wei spends most of her time advising clients on protecting their valuable assets - their intellectual property. Wei Wei's computer engineering education and 30+ years of work in patent law enable her to work closely with clients on protecting their inventions. In addition to patents, Wei Wei also advises clients on trademark and branding strategies, and helps them protect and enforce their trademark rights.
