Formerly Senior Counsel and Global Strategy Manager at Texas Instruments, Mirna played a key role in supporting the $8 billion Analogue and Video Processing Division. With expertise in strategic business processes, Fortune-100 negotiations, patent planning, and IP licensing, she brings invaluable insights.
