• 6 years negotiating, drafting, and signing licensing contracts as contract manager and head of contracts department with a Fortune 200 and 100 company’s software division
• 6 years leadership collaboration as a tech company member of the board with 2 private equity fund portfolio companies, including chairperson responsibility
