Brief Bio
Amanda focuses her practice on outsourced general counsel services and the wide range of business matters faced by small- to mid-sized companies. She advises business owners on audit preparation, human resources issues, corporate governance, policies and procedures, liability management, contract negotiation and administration, and contingency planning.
Raised in East Texas in the oil and gas industry, Amanda developed an early understanding of how businesses operate in highly regulated, risk-driven environments. Although she initially explored other practice areas, including health care law, she ultimately found her professional home working with construction, real estate, and oil and gas companies.
Amanda is committed to helping businesses avoid common mistakes and liability pitfalls before they disrupt operations or jeopardize contracts. When disputes do arise, she brings practical litigation experience and a business-first mindset, guiding clients through the process with a focus on protecting their long-term goals and minimizing disruption.
