Amanda focuses her practice on outsourced general counsel services and the wide range of business matters faced by small- to mid-sized companies. Raised in East Texas in the oil and gas industry, Amanda developed an early understanding of how businesses operate in highly regulated, risk-driven environments. Although she initially explored other practice areas, including health care law, she ultimately found her professional home working with construction, real estate, and oil and gas companies.
