The Best Lawyers in America in Patent Law and Trademark Law

Wei Wei Jeang has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of patent law and trademark law for 2025. This recognition is based entirely on a peer review survey process that is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area. For this latest edition, over 250,000 lawyers participated in the survey and over 3 million votes were analyzed and tallied to arrive at the final list.

Although Wei Wei has been consistently named to this list in the patent law category, this year marks the first time she receives this recognition in trademark law. Because Wei Wei firmly believes that such honors and recognitions should not be biased by any factor other than the true opinion of her peers, she does not and has not made any payment to the Best Lawyers organization. Therefore, her name will not appear in its list either in print or online.
