She has served as a trusted legal advisor for major public and private companies, guiding complex transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Regina has played a pivotal role in high-value energy deals, including taking a midstream master limited partnership (MLP) public, structuring upstream and downstream joint ventures, and leading legal strategy for large-scale LNG projects. Her extensive background in debt financing includes negotiating credit agreements, ensuring compliance with high-yield indentures, and advising on the financial implications of corporate transactions.

Most recently Regina advised Weir Group PLC on commercial and real estate transactions across its Americas division, bringing strategic legal insight to a multinational manufacturing leader. Previously, she held key legal positions at Quicksilver Resources, guiding multimillion-dollar upstream and midstream energy projects, and at Union Pacific Resources, managing complex litigation and corporate risk. Her private practice experience includes working at nationally recognized law firms, where she handled energy, finance, technology, and real estate matters.
