Practice Areas
My Story
David grew up in Rockville Centre, New York (Long Island) and has lived in Austin, Texas since 2006. He met with wife in Prague, Czech Republic while they were both on an undergraduate study abroad program. Following law school at American University in Washington, D.C., David and his to-be wife at the time decided to move to her home city in Austin, Texas.
Prior to practicing law, David was a member of the Investment Banking team at a broker-dealer where he participated in a wide variety of debt and equity corporate finance transactions. David assisted businesses with structuring and implementing capital raising plans and negotiating the terms and conditions for these funding transactions. David’s prior experience in the investment banking industry has proven to be instrumental in his ability to help entrepreneurs and emerging companies handle potential pitfalls and impediments in raising capital.
David is currently a member of the New York, Texas and District of Columbia Bar Associations and previously held the series 7 and 63 financial licenses (inactive). David recently obtained his LL.M (Masters of Laws) in Business Transactions with the University of Alabama in August of 2016.
Outside his practice, David is an avid traveler and a busy husband and father of a son and daughter, Noah and Adalyn. In his spare time, David enjoys golf, swimming, tennis, racquetball, cycling and spending time with his family.
